AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch
(13:00-15:00) and dinner (19:00-22:30), all buffet style,
served in the Spices restaurant or the Sultan brasserie.
During meals local wine, beer, soft drinks, juices, water
and spirits are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI
guests is the El Wadi (L:12:30-15:30, D:19:30-23:30, sea
food set menu, upon reservation), the Alhambra Tajine Corner
(D:19:00-22:30, set menu), the Coral (L:13:00-15:00,
D:19:00-22:30) and the El Mastaba Kebab House
(D:19:00-22:30, set menu). Snacks such as hot dogs and
burgers are available between 13:00 & 15:00 at the Sultan
pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks
like draught wine, draught beer, soft drinks, juices, water,
ice tea, coffee, rum, gin, vodka, whiskey and brandy are
served at the Harem pool bar (10:00-18:00),
 the
Harem lobby bar (from 08:00-24:00), the Harem beach bar
(10:00-18:00), the Sultan pool bar 56 (10:00-18:30), the
Sultan lobby bar 57 (08:00-24:00) and the Sultan beach bar
(10:00-18:00) – according to each outlet’s menus. In-room
mini bars are filled upon arrival with a large bottle of
mineral water and soft drinks.
