This is also known as Queen Hapshepsut’s temple and has a real wow factor that you won’t forget in a hurry. Huge in scale, it is set at the foot of the desert hills in Luxor. Inside there are many statues and inscriptions to see about the life of the Queen during the time she ruled Egypt.
Luxor Museum
If you want to really delve into Egyptian history in one single place, then this has lots to see. The prize exhibits are two Royal Mummies! Along with these, there are lots of items from ancient times such as luxurious bowls and amulets. It does take a while to look around though so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time.
