All 3 pools come with breathtaking view over the Nile and the beautiful surrounding scenery of the West Bank. The Hotel includes a comprehensive range of sports and leisure facilities, a dedicated kids’ club for our younger guests. Extensive event facilities for those who want to conduct their next meeting, conference or family event in “one of a kind” ambiance and style.

The entire property has completed a full renovation and rebuilt, including a new lobby, reception & conference building, a new Ascot night bar, new deluxe rooms & suites, new GYM, SPA & beauty centre and an all new 2800 sqm pool with restaurant and pool bar. The existing rooms are renovated to the latest standards as well as the Jolie Ville Restaurant to enhance the Maritim Jolie Ville Kings Island Luxor experience.

The Reception and Lobby building includes; reception, guest relation & tour desks, shopping arcade, stylish lobby bar and an up to date modern light flooded conference room for up to 180 guests. Furthermore a business centre with four computer stations, a library as well as reservation and administration offices.

Sherazade Terrace
The ” Zigolini Italian Restaurant ” offers authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed ” Osteria” atmosphere, with a la cart dining for dinner.
